BehindDCam is based in Abuja, Nigeria. Yes, we are available to travel for jobs within Nigeria and internationally. For jobs outside Abuja, an additional travel fee of $200 applies to cover transportation and accommodation costs.
2. What services does BehindDCam offer?
We specialize in professional videography services, including event coverage (weddings, corporate events, etc.), music videos, commercials, and more. We also offer photography services as an add-on for an additional $300.
3. How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event or project date. For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), full payment is required upfront.
4. What is included in your videography packages?
Our standard videography packages include: Full-day or customized coverage (depending on the package).Professional video editing (highlight reels, full-length videos, etc.).High-quality video files delivered digitally (via cloud link or USB, based on client preference).

5. Can I add photography to my videography package?
Yes! Photography services can be added to any videography package for an additional $300. This includes professional event photography, edited high-resolution images, and digital delivery.
6. What are your travel fees for jobs outside Abuja?
For jobs outside Abuja, a flat travel fee of $200 is added to cover transportation, accommodation, and logistics. For international jobs, additional costs (e.g., flights, visas) will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
7. How long does it take to receive the final video or photos?
Standard delivery for edited videos is 4–6 weeks after the event, depending on the project scope. Photography edits are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
8. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, the full balance may still be due. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 21 days in advance.
9. Do you require any special arrangements at the event venue?
We may need access to power outlets, adequate lighting, and space to set up equipment. For drone footage, we require permission from the venue and compliance with local regulations. Please inform us of any venue restrictions in advance.
